Services and Rates:
TRAINING (Show Horses)……………………………………………. $500/month + Board
*Each horse will have a training program designed to meet the horse’s abilities. Horses will be groomed
clipped, and blanketed (if provided by owner) to maintain condition.
TRAINING (Maintenance) …………………………………………. $350/month + Board
*This program is for seasoned show horses who are in lay-up between shows or on a training break.
Horses will be ridden, lunged or turned out 1 to 3 times/week. (Therapy programs can be implemented for
an additional fee- see therapy price list below)
TRAINING (COLTS) ……………………………………………………… $500/month +Board
*2-3 year olds will be started under saddle including, but not limited to, round penning, saddling, driving and
first rides. Each program will be designed to meet horse’s abilities and maturity. (Double Stitched
recommends that each colt stay for a 2 month minimum, at which time, further training can begin if additional
months are desired).
LESSONS ……………………………………………………………………Haul In/Private $35/hour
Haul In/Semi-Private $25 per person/hour
Horse in Training $20/hour + 1 free lesson/week
Non lesson riding facility use $15 per horse
*Lessons need to be scheduled in advance. Contracts need to be signed.

Equisport Massager $20/session
Norfield Magnetic Wraps $10/session

Show Day Fee $50/day (horses in training) $100/day (non-client)
% Tack Stall- prorated total based on number of clients

Equipment/Tack Rental $30-$100/day
*Double Stitched does NOT lend out equipment or tack; however, if trainer has made arrangements with
client prior to show, this fee applies.
*Hauling requires client to sign a hauling contract before leaving for show.
SELLER AGENT FEE (COMMISION)…………………… 10% of selling price up to $19,999
15% of selling price $20K & over
SERVICE CHARGE ……………… A service fee of $2 will be added to all farrier, vet, etc…, billings paid by
Double Stitched Enterprises, Inc. and re-billed to owner.
SHOW BILLING ……………. To be invoiced following the show and is payable no later than ten days from
billing date. A $25 late fee penalty will be applied if paid later than 10 days.
GENERAL BILLING …………. Due the 1st day of each month. Refer to boarding contract for further
information.
